Welcome to Serene-Scape
Boston Metrowest's highly recommended day spa and hair salon opened in 2003. After five years, the day spa is now owned and operated by stylist Karen Conti. Karen has contributed years of service to the Metrowest community and now brings experience and quality to this Marlborough establishment. Serene-Scape offers a vast selection of the most frequently requested beauty treatments. The bright and friendly salon offers full service hair treatments by seasoned stylists with superior products and competitive prices. The spa is equipped for a day of beauty and relaxation offering medical grade facials, therapeutic massages and flawless nail care with a choice of natural or enhanced options for your favorite pedicure. In addition to clean and efficient waxing, Serene-Scape is proud to have laser hair removal and photo facials available to their clients.

We operate in a comfortable and casual atmosphere, treating both our staff and guests as members of our family. We’ve hand-picked some of the best massage therapists and estheticians in Massachusetts - not only for their unique and superior skills, but also for their genuine desire to take good care of their guests. Throughout your entire visit, we make sure you feel right at home, assuring complete confidentiality and privacy.

Appointment/Cancellation Policy
Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. You can secure a reservation by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person, using your Visa or MasterCard. Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. To avoid being charged for cancellations, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment. For Serene-Scape services, your reservation will be held with a credit card or gift certificate number. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice for a single service, or 72 hours notice for multiple services for an individual or groups, will be charged half the value of the missed services. A “no show” will be charged full price.

Gratuities
It is customary to give a 10-20% gratuity to your practitioner. Gratuity is accepted in cash (preferred), check or credit card.
