Appointment/Cancellation Policy

Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. You can secure a reservation by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person, using your Visa or MasterCard. Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. To avoid being charged for cancellations, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment. For Serene-Scape services, your reservation will be held with a credit card or gift certificate number. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice for a single service, or 72 hours notice for multiple services for an individual or groups, will be charged half the value of the missed services. A “no show” will be charged full price.
